If I intend to hold something ya, I'll research it fairly heavily and watch ceo interviews, etc. I dont really think I need the whole company's history and financial reports to identify and capitalize on a reversal or rebound though

Yeah, but normally I only buy well established companies.
I list too much in penny stocks and too pussy for options.
