I feel like it helps mitigate some shitty investing behavior.

Case in point: I act like the money I have in crypto is "extra" and therefore it doesn't matter if I lose it. I know this is retarded, and it increases the likelihood of me taking on more unnecessary risks than if I treated it like my life savings. Being high makes me paranoid enough to make my hands steady, because I fear being too much of a knee-jerk moron.
