What happens to 90% of people is that they look back at the end of a bull after spending months of energy trying to trade, and need to come to terms with the fact that they 1. did not beat the market bluechips and 2. Could have been doing something else.

What you'll find in crypto is that as you get more experienced, you'll start trading longer timeframes, and you'll realise that most of your winners have been multimonth long holds.

Lets take YFI for instance. Even over this short term, how many peeps do you think bought at 800 and sold 1000? Or 1200? They are looking back now and saying why on earth did I not just hold.
