cowen is a galaxy brain and his content is really good imo. early on i thought the cycles were getting longer but i'm not convinced what the truth is either way at this point ; i don't think he really addresses the fact that a lot of the early data on BTC is really shitty and this could be clouding what's actually going on. we're getting down to the wire as to whether or not stock to flow model holds so we will see either way very soon.

sorry i forgot i had this tab open lel. the reason i'm not convinced is really just to do with early price data on bitcoin isn't good. anything prior to 2013 is kinda garbage information imo. very few trades going on from defunct exchanges, not extremely confident in the accuracy of it to begin with and i'm fairly certain its not even complete but i forget really. there definitely is fuck all prior to 2011 as far as price/volume info. plus there's probably a lot more "noise" so to speak. one asshole could have made some of those early bubbles for all i know. plus stock to flow is an idea i find interesting. an early log chart is what sold me on btc back around the time ross went to jail.
