As a holder of physical (40 ASEs and about 40 junk rounds/1oz bars), how much can I expect to sell them for? Should I expect to receive spot if I want to cash out via resale to ApMex, JMbullion, or even a physical dealer shop? Or can I work some sort of premium into my sale of physical?

At that small an amount I would throw them up on Ebay (make sure you have a 'no refund' policy set and take into account whatever cut they take for selling) and see what you can get. You can probably hit a sweet spot somewhere between spot price and the premium the online retailers are charging.
If you had over 100 ounces I would say it would be better to just sell all at once to JMB but with a stack your size why not see if you can piece them out 1 oz at a time and rake in a higher take?

Look I’m all about PMs but you can’t post that meme when LINK is outpacing PMs so significantly it’s crazy...

LINK will never replace physically storable wealth like PMs but it’s pretty ridiculous to write it of as just “1s and 0s” with no value. Even if it’s not “inherent” value per se, that doesn’t mean the data backing it’s value won’t follow through to increase price. Throw a small amount in to have skin in the game to incentivize your own research. We’re all gonna make it by one means or another.

Nazi Germany: a welfare-warfare state, just like modern-day America.

"Hitler suspended the gold standard, embarked on huge public-works programs like autobahns, protected industry from foreign competition, expanded credit, instituted jobs programs, bullied the private sector on prices and production decisions, vastly expanded the military, enforced capital controls, instituted family planning, penalized smoking, brought about national healthcare and unemployment insurance, imposed education standards, and eventually ran huge deficits. The Nazi interventionist program was essential to the regime's rejection of the market economy and its embrace of socialism in one country."

"Hitler’s rearmament program was military Keynesianism on a vast scale. Hermann Goering, Hitler’s economic administrator, poured every available resource into making planes, tanks, and guns. In 1933 German military spending was 750 million Reichsmarks. By 1938 it had risen to 17 billion with 21 percent of GDP taken up by military spending. Government spending all told was 35 percent of Germany’s GDP."

...

Hitler produced military wealth while private citizens starved. Employed on the largest scale ever seen, military Keynesianism created only ruin.

...

Agricultural output rarely surpassed 1913 levels, in spite of 20 years of technological advancement. Demand outstripped supply by 30 percent in basic foodstuffs like pork, fruit, and fats. That meant that for every ten German workers who stood in line to buy meat from the state-owned supply depots, three went home hungry. The same story was retold when it came to cars, clothing, and iron. New houses had to be built with wooden plumbing, because iron was so scarce. Nationalized iron depots couldn’t produce enough for the army, let alone civilians. Clothing was rationed.

How does one sell silver coins?

I got a dozen star trek collector coins a few years ago and I think it will soon be time to cash out.

Is there any value of having Benjamin Siskos head engraved on the coin or will it just be the ounce rate at which they are sold? Looking at the ounce rate I drastically overpaid and probably wont ever get anything close to my money back

I realize it sounds odd, but out west it’s exactly what they’ve done in a few specific areas (right atop shooting ranges). It’s only a minority of bases, but it makes sense doesn’t it — why mine excess gold? Leaving it in the ground allows for greater security because it is harder to access and any govt would want some portion of their wealth completely inaccessible except for mobilization of military, no? These aren’t “gold mines” by any means, but there is 21st century testing that can give a rough estimate of gold concentration relative to area of land, and a few western bases were built on top. Exactly why the US deemed so much western land inaccessible through environmental preservation acts

Silver bug here and I have half my wealth in crypto. If we continue to have electricity and internet, then we will continue toward blockchain adoption. Some of the protocols around today may prove to be Google or Amazon that made it through the tech bubble bust. LINK is one of them. I think crypto is inevitable as long as we continue along our current tech trajectory. Sure, we could see the dollar collapse and a depression, but the tech will still advance and people will still use it. So I am hedging.

I missed bitcoin under $1 because I thought that the dollar was going to collapse during the last financial crisis. I’m not going to ignore inevitable tech this time around.

No there isn't a lot of silver out there, and a lot of it is used in manufacturing.

I'll agree that an ounce of silver for an acre of land is really.. extremely optimistic. However, we don't know how vast the manipulation really is, think about all the fake money across the entire world.

All that we know for sure is that unskilled labor was paid 1-2oz's a month for all of human history, from biblical times, roman times, up to the 1880's.

40 years of long hard labor at 2oz's a month means 970oz's (480 at 1oz) is the sum of ALL that labor. If you have 1k ounces now, that's more than a lifetime of struggle for most. This is why its considered the "making it" stack size, but really its far lower.
