Seems to me they only wanted to give this report to institutional investors i.e. boomers with no real tangible knowledge of cryptos but like good old fashioned excel modelling. This indicates that this could be a pump and dump, even if the team has good intentions others within Reserve may just want to sell the bags (especially Dev team which will be getting paid in rsr)
