He's doing the bare minimum to qualify for CB listing first which means full decentralization with staking capabilities. That's coming in literally 2 days. I expect CB to list within a week or two if not sooner so they can start earning profits from staking rewards immediately (similar to Tezos).

Then once these two pumps (mainnet and CB) bring ADA to around 30-50 cents we will get the Goguen Virtual Summit announcements which should bring us back to ATH by the end of the year. If you're not buying this dip then you're never gonna make it.
