Think about it.

If there are significant premiums in the market then taking delivery of an SLV contract at 'spot' creates an arbitrage opportunity to immediately make profit by taking delivery then selling it into the market.

When there are low premiums, everybody just rolls over the SLV contracts to the next month and takes some paper profits.

When premiums are excessive, SLV becomes a delivery mechanism due to arbitrage opportunities.

I couldn't necessarily put a dollar amount on the box because I bought it with a TON of other non-precious coins - and I mean a ton, because this is inventory for maybe a week or two - but recently its become extremely difficult to source because prices are soaring.

If I had to guess, I paid roughly $1100 for everything in there. That's below spot, and I got that much because the business works as follows:

>I buy in bulk at wholesale price, anywhere from 2-5k per order
>I piece each lot out and sell as a "grab bag" at retail price

So essentially the customers are getting coins that have value, but just aren't selling for whatever reason.

Pic is an example of what $100 would buy you. It's vague for a reason but I have stringent conditions for a coin to meet each category and determine what I will and will not sell.
