What am I missing here; if the team's goal of 1.5 million transactions per day at the end of this year actualizes, are you telling me I'll be making almost $2k a month with my 75k LIT stack?
I assumed one third of the supply would be staked (right now it's only 18% which would mean $3.5k a month but no way the staked amount stays that low).

It can't be this easy, can it?

price will drop to zero within the next 10 month

i’m trying to get to 500k lit,

At 360k now, 200$ a day would allready mean i get a comfy life doing nothing

Lition seems to be dead. The updates are rare and the devs dont care anymore

well it’s going to be less but still, the allready have 10k customers so in the Next 2 years this will come true with some other usecases so just stake it till you make it

Oh I know, lit is going to be insanely good. I'm all in and staked 12 months. Just saying the calculator is not accurate, that's it.

Anon, calm down a little and think. Is it sustainable to have a 380% ROI for one third of the supply? Do you understand how much is 380% of one third of the circulating supply? In case you don't know, the max supply is fixed, all these tokens would come solely by transaction fees.

What are you even talking about?

I wouldn't be surprised if the calculator is not accurate, but what about it is wrong?

imagine not buying the token powering the future energy marketplace

>> No.20701157

Some of my own calculations:
1.5 million tx/day * $0.01/tx = $15000/day in transaction fees
=>$15k/day rewarded to stakers

My %-share of the rewards:
75000 / (60 million * 33.5%) = 0.373%

Daily income in $:
$15000 * 0.373% = $55.95

It's not too much off from what the calculator says, so what's the catch?

transactions will be bundled together when determining fees and staking rewards otherwise it wouldn't be sustainable, you can't just use 1.5 millions as your input.

I think it was confirmed on the telegram channel. But you can already see that the circulating supply is outdated. Besides, Tx are not correlated to the number of use cases (although that can be sorted out manually).
