So, did you get into gold and gold miners before the ATH? We tried to warn you.

cute gains, will it be enough for Boomers to pay off the debt they amassed on the head of unborn generations. I doubt it

We're already up 40x on some of our gold mining stocks, and GDXJ is up 200% since March lows, so I'd say that's pretty good going, considering this bull market is only just getting started.

Not in the slightest. By price, Miners are the most undervalued things in the world. GDXJ needs to go 3x just to catch up with what it was when gold was $1900 in 2011. Then gold itself is going at least to $4,800 to reach its former nominal peak of $1900 in real terms. The miners are the opportunity of a lifetime. GDXJ and SILJ are going 10x, many small-caps are going 150x.

Any suggestions for portfolio allocation between GDX, GDXJ and small-caps?

Don Durrett says that you should never put more than 1-3% of your net-worth into any one small cap, and he is one of the best in the business.

Hochschild Mining, Hummingbird Resources, Adriatic Metals, and Highland Gold, are four excellent small-caps which should be available to you on the LSE. If you have access to the NYSE, buy MUX and LIO.

Put 500 bongs in to each LSE small cap you mentioned. It's lunch money so if I lose 2k it's not the end of the world.

Not at all; you're welcome, and I hope you do well. Hochschild, Adriatic, MUX are the best. Remember only to put 1-3% of your net-worth into a small-cap.

Dumped FRO at a 30% loss today, I don't see it going anywhere soon. I still think the tanker mega cycle will play out in 1-2 years time though.
