Yeah my guess is that everyone is selling RLC for SXP so it's gonna bleed out a little more first. Short term SXP has more pumpamentals and will do a x10 much quicker than RLC. Selling RLC for SXP then putting those SXP gains back into RLC is my play and I'm guessing a lot of people are also doing the same.
