I own about 25k PNK because I love the idea, conflict resolution is basis for decentralized economy. No taxes, no laws.

But fellow sirs I am going to sell soon since I think Kleros is a suboptimal implementation:

Then the other way around: why not pay rewards in PNK? That would increase demand for the token (would be needed not only for staking but for using the system) and make rewards proportional to stakes. Downside would be that it would be more of a hassle to deploy smart contracts using Kleros, since you would have to buy a separate currency beforehand.

Also, what prevents me from ripping the idea and just reimplementing it on a better platform?

How does it profit (indefinitely) from network effect? (I get that the price needs to be high enough for it to be uneconomical to just buy the whole court, but surely this satisfies after a certain point, no? This goes double if you restrict yourself to small claims like „this website you coded is shit“)
