August, September crazy months
Sell the news.
>>20591933T-Mobile. Absolute normie tier company. Their ads are on every commercial break during the NFL season. Floyd Mayweather fought Conor McGregor at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas. T Mobile are Bayern Munich (biggest German soccer team)shirt sponsor. And they used to sponsor Real Madrid (most successful soccer team) Cristiano Ronaldo one of the worlds most iconic sportsmen was seen with that logo on his shirt for years. This brand has permeated normie culture and when fomo investors make the connection between T-Mobile and LINK it’s one of only a few names that will make them pull the trigger on an investment. Just on that plane of thought this is hugely bullish, not even starting on how T-Mobile can implement all the IOT usecases Sergey talks about, and they’ve already got a node operational so it isn’t just empty promises. They’re the first corp that will allow all the fast followers to rush in behind. It’s happening lads. We’re all going to make it.

>>20592724Manipulation. There is 11m in LINK borrowed on Aave alone right now. That was nearly 0 a few days ago at ATH, so the current price has been distorted through fake supply. 11m is a fuckton of money in Link's mcap especially if dumped strategically in those ultra-cascades we've been seeing. These shorts will eventually have to be bought back or liquidated. But when?
For my UK frens who were wondering; Yes, T systems and T mobile are the same thing-ishhttps://www.t-press.cz/en/press-releases/press-news-archive/t-mobile-and-t-systems-combine-their-activities-in-the-czech-market.html

>>20594930the value for institutions has always been about finding a way to monetize their data. Thats the value proposition. Companies have all this data on customers and business partners that they collect through internals systems and CRMs like salesforce. This data has value, but it is currently very clunky to sell this data in a secure and seemless way. Chainlink allows data providers to automatically and seamlessly provide and be paid for data calls from the network. Most major companies will probably operate their own nodes much like t-mobile is, and this will be the opening of a new market data economy. It's bullish as fuck.

>>20596714I think it's at the discretion of the node operators how to (if needed) pay the API / data providers. But yes. You can check the Ethereum address of the T-Systems node and see it accumulate LINK.
My understanding is that Deutsche Telekom operating as a data provider is a precursor to using the Chainlink oracle network to provide roaming reconciliation on the blockchain. In other words, you go on holiday in Germany, your national telecoms provider needs to make payment to Deutsche Telekom for roaming data you consumed; this is a manual legacy process at the moment. They’ve already completed a PoC with Vodafone and another telecom giant on roaming so wouldn’t be surprised. Read the fucking article properly you lazy motherfuckers

>>20598059I just need $20... Please kek, just grant me one more 3X and I will be your loyal servant for all eternity!
>>20598094It made me tear up a little bit ngl.
>>20595357I know this is bait but fuck it. Chainlink nodes provide a decentralized way of verifying data. Phone companies issue a lot of contracts to customers, this information needs to be verified so the contract can be fulfilled. The reason it needs to be decentralized, is so there's not a single point of failure like with centralized networks. Chainlink holders can use their LINK verify this information, and in return they get a % staking reward. That's the long and short of it.
>>20597270>If this hits 1000 ill sell 250 and have supplemental income off interest for the rest of my lifeWhat kind of third world country do you live in where $250k provides any kind sort of noticeable interest?
>>20598345There is a pinned post at the top when you open biz. Jannies put it there and we make fun of them by "pinning" our images.
>>20595200"via native digital asset of the network"Are they referring to link tokens?
>>20598674In this specific case they were actually referring to BAND tokens, because LINK is intrinsically worth as much as a price of coffee, and since that fluctuates too much, using the BAND token would help since it's not as volatile. Check out the whitepaper, it is very clear about this.
We're ahead of the curve anons despite personal and professional setbacks we're all going to make it. I love you all. We are all in this together. Positive thoughts and don't sell early
i dont even understand anything in the OP but i have 45k link I love being stupid and rich.
>>20598837Based
>>20594148what happens with link at this point is like jerking offeach individual partnership is one individual fap strokehundreds of unique strokes with seemingly no reaction but then all out of nowhere all the strokes keep building up until you just coooooom explosively
THIS THREAD MADE ME ALL IN ON LINKIES AFTER I SOLD YESTERDAY AHHHHH
>>20594375This. I’m not sure what people are expecting. Normie fomo happens during bullruns. We missed the big one in 2017. Right now we are depending on institutional adoption not normies. What I don’t understand is why insiders to all of these companies aren’t buying up all of the chainlink. That makes no sense to me.
>>20595621dont forget this oneexclusive partnership only for band number one oracle....hahaha chainstinkers btfo
>>20599789Because if you try buy everything on a market at once the price will explode. They are still buying though, just gradually. All the biggest link wallets just keep getting bigger.
>>20595406New Zealand for me
Posting in ebig thread
>>20599977good point anon, makes sense
>>20599789Exactly this. There can be some movement due to swingers and people reallocating stacks between crypto but right now not a single normie is really looking at the space. Any substantial movement now will come down to institutional use which we may actually be beginning to see for the first time with a crypto and then normies when the next bull run starts. That won't really be until bitcoin gets to its past ATH. When that will be i don't know but if you exclude the covid crash BTC really seems to be tightening up towards a move one way or another in the next few weeks.
can someone make a node or an adapter on the market called "sloppjobsimeon" to immortalize a great week of lols
Put their node in prominent place on feeds site too

Gee it’s almost as if this was the reason for the pump from $4-8 that came out of nowhere.
>>20593950There's no way. It's just discord trannies fucking around. Did you read the Zeus capital paper?Chainlink has all the telltales of pump and dump orchestrated by an anonymous troll board online
>>20594266I think that pump was TMobile pre-pump.BSN news had been out forever already

SLOPPY JOB, SIMEON
>>20602386That was the China government news.
>>20590866how much will a node cost?
>>20595167Well to stick your metrics/metadata, travel habits, biometrics, pulse, browsing habbits, spending data, in your permanent record for one
>>20602535Nigga, are you retarded? Did you even read the comments you stupid fuck?
>>20602621it sounds like you don't know what a node is. It's not something you buy, and it isnt' even going to be somethign that you operate. It's going to be operated by groups and corporations that are technically minded in order to bring inputs and outputs in and out of the chain. You're not going to be able to figure that out. You'll have to find a staking as a service provider and go with that.
>>20590986Lmao at REQ
>>20594988Checked and correct. Sergey said that he would likely let all users announce themselves when they are using the service. Do anons realize that world leading businesses could come out with announcements any day?
we will all be richer than Jeff Bezos
>>20602788sounds ultra gay
>>20603668not really, why do you want to provide node services. just stake your link in a good corporation, they take a cut buy at the end of day you're gonna make money from doing nothing.
