I looked into this claim and apparently silver was over 17.76 on the 4th put pretty damn close. Gold didnt trade at 1776.00 on the 4th but traded there on the 4th of july weekend. but XRP 100% traded at .1776 and xlm traded at .6771 which is the reverse of 1776 clearly. interesting shit, no more coincidences in America.
