I think they're going to beat on earnings, maybe post a GAAP EPS as high as $2 depending on how much deferred revenue they want to recognize, but I'm not sure what the price will do. I don't think it will drop if they beat and the price is below $1700 going into it. If I had to pull a number from the air, I would say maybe in the 1900 range in the few days following earnings but most likely I'll be wrong.

There's potential to go higher from more retail FOMO but market makers stand to lose a lot in situation so maybe they'll keep it pinned. I'm already weary from all the option gambling going on. I have a large put spread position on $1350, historically Tesla moves 8-10% in one direction, not enough to profit from a straddle - and the movements are usually done over 2 days (and over the weekend) like you said..
