It's hard to tell. The problem is that any info from the CCP can't be trusted, but the did report that the dam has moved, which isn't a good thing as there are portions if the dam that arent anchored to the bedrock. It's just sitting on top of it.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1674775515301256

Any movement causes pressure points, and if enough pressure builds on one of the parts that isn't anchored, it could go. Not saying that it will, but it's been a known issue for a while now, and if they're to the point where they're flooding other regions simply to make sure the dam doesn't go, it can't be a good sign.

But that is not the same as with pm's
If anything their use as parallel currency and physical store of value rises in times where most money is just numbers saved in a databank that can be changed on the whim of your (((government)))
Pms can be hid and thus its really hard to take them from you, they are also basically untraceable which is of enormous use in todays orwellian world
fiat is a pure bubble tho as it has no inherrent value while peasants think it has, same with all crypto
>Crypto at least has the advantage that its not (((government))) controlled, can be traced in most cases tho as you generally purchase it digital on a marketplace for fiat at some point
>All crypto is created by energy, some like Bitcoin is created by using a lot of energy.
The energy to create many cryptos and fiat is neglegible
The creation of bitcoin is expensive, shure
but you cant convert it back into energy, its just wasted
Gold can be formed into different things but can be changed back
Pms have real use cases aside from being a pure medium of exchange

Look at the 5 year chart.
When comparing Exxon to Shell the choice should be clear. If you want to get into oil, Shell has a better outlook. They are diversifying and gearing up for the shift towards clean and green. They're pushing hard into electric vehicles, capitalizing on Exxon's faillure to do so by pushing for a shorter deadling on EV-only sales in the UK, and starting their EV-charging station network.

I'm afraid Exxon might just be taking the wrong approach to this shift. There's still easily 6 generations of oil available, but if the masses demand more green, and large companies like Shell offer it, then get out of Exxon.

Two ways to go for social media; either rescind their liability protection for things posted on their site, making them responsible to strictly moderate, or allow them to keep liability protection but mandate they abide by the first amendment in their moderation, such that it stays up unless the content breaks a law, is in territory of libel/slander/defamation, breaks civil contracts, etc etc etc etc.

That appears to be the thrust of government eyeballing the social medias for tweaking in some kinda way.

I haven’t slept in 48 hours. Haven’t taken anything to keep me awake but I’m not tired and still can’t sleep. I think something is wrong with me. But I’ve been using a lot of that time looking into stocks I want to buy and did buy. I followed the graphs yesterday and got some very good entry and exit points for the shares I wanted to dump and the shares I wanted to buy. So maybe it’s worth it. All green yesterday and green premarket today. I’d guess Wednesday will be green but not as much pumping and Thursday will be a sell off. Friday morning will also be a sell off and then pump through the day. Unless something major happens but the news has been shoving the same shit down people’s throats for the past few months. And people are still optimistic in terms of the market. Only thing that could crash it now is a housing crash. Which might happen with less and less people paying mortgages and rent. And more companies are going bankrupt. Not just HTZ. They were only one of the big ones. And one of the first that people fixated on. Iron hands my dudes. But even iron hands know when to let go.

The mice were supplemented with immune cells from the same patient (double autologous). While no response was observed with Keytruda® alone or with NT-219 alone, and the tumors aggressively progressed, mice treated concomitantly with a combination of Keytruda® and NT-219 demonstrated complete blockage of tumor progression.

Ah it's true that would be a bit of a problem. My plan for if something like that happens is to just see the notification on my phone and immediately exit the spread or portion of the total trade that got destabilized. Not ideal but not too scary.
No idea about spread suggestion services, I've never used them. Think or Swim has a neat feature where besides just viewing the single options chain you can view the chain and volume for all different types of spreads, maybe tastyworks has something similar?

I think TGTX is going to crab and dip for a a while. The boost it got recently was in response to the July 8th announcement they had, but it wasn't really anything new as far as research goes, it was more or less a hype job, but it worked. It was a bunch of "thank you" and "we hope to work with x people on y drug" type of thing. It did its job for what it was, but I haven't seen or heard anything innovative in a while. Their drugs are good too, in terms of results, so no doubt they're going to go up. If you can buy a dip, I'd say it's a pretty good bet. The only question is going to be when their next announcement is.

>Is needed for the electrodes of some lithium batterie topology
>Has already boomed because of speculation
>Is not needed for some newer lithium battery topologys
>Is collapsed to normal industrial use levels because of that
>Samsung is developing silver solid state batteries that are better than conventional lithium batteries by far, but also than lithium solid state batteries as silver is not unstable like lithium and doesnt grow metallic dendrites into the electrolyte
>Dunno for shure if those silver batteries also use nickel or will in the future, dont think so tho

Yeah, they're undervalued as fuck
- NIO sells its vehicles for half the price of Tesla and is still on its way to profitability
- NIO has already sold over 50,000 vehicles in its first two years of operations compared to Tesla who took 6 years to achieve those numbers
- The Chinese government is backing NIO. China will not let there investment go down or lose to competition
- NIO has battery swap technology which is must faster than charging any EV
-NIO is planning on releasing a new vehicle that will rival the Tesla model Y and later in the year they will release a vehicle that will rival the Tesla model 3.
-NIO is developing self-driving technology through its partner Intel, a multi billion dollar company. Ford motors recently announced that they were investing over $1 billion in Intel’s subsidiary, Mobile eye. This is huge for both companies but mostly NIO
- Tencent, a $600 billion dollar company has 33% stake in NIO.
- NIO has been delivering record numbers every month for the first quarter

Talk with people who also invest to get ideas. Look into them and pick ones that I like. Or look into companies correlated to certain events. There are always going to be better stocks to buy than the ones you do but if you wade through the shit you can get some that really shine and you’ll gain percentages. It’s easier to focus on certain sectors because those stocks are usually related in some way so less over arching research to do. But it’s still important to diversify both sectors and stocks to mitigate risk. Incase an entire sector takes a hit from something. Other sectors might be booming. Or go all into one but the risk is higher.

Sort of but it's a tertiary relationship. Corona chan put pressure on economy which put pressure on stock market which cause the Fed to cut interest rates and ramp up QE to prevent a recession. Fed QE put pressure on the value of the USD relative to major foreign currencies. Weak USD lead directly to buoyancy of precious metals prices (and also bullish tendency on equities as another place to park cash). If you're long on any precious metals you should be watching the USD currency pairs very closely in addition to the precious metal charts themselves.

Doesn't take into account the uses for nickel outside of EV hype. It's used in stainless steel which accounts for almost all of modern industry.

New battery tech is not going to advance into commercial production any time soon. Nickel isn't going anywhere in EV battery chemistry.

The entire industry has been bearish for over a decade. This has lead to under investment in the entire space and there is a supply deficit that can't meet current (and future) demand because there has been no project investment.

The case for nickel is strong; you're just not well versed in it.

just remember to constantly cash in your gains and don't come crying that you lost everything after the election in December

it's plausible that markets won't crash before the election and they will pump it until at least November

yeah... that makes sense. But I'd expect you could see that in the metals themselves reversing more or less simultaneously.

>New battery tech is not going to advance into commercial production any time soon.
Volkswagen for instance clearly wants solid state batteries before shifting to EV fully
Looking at the patents of their development partner it doesn't seem like they use nickel in their electrodes, i doubt it will take many years before the LiCoNi oxide topology is outdated and replaced
>https://patents.justia.com/assignee/quantumscape-corporation
>It's used in stainless steel
Do you know how many % of the total production go to steel, how much to batteries and so on? Would be interesting
Is there really rising demand?
Stainless steel is important for shure but it is not more important now than it was 10 years ago
Nickel wont go to 0, just doubt it will rise that much, on the chart you can clearly see the LiCoNi oxide speculation bubble, the aftermath of this is what made the last decade bearish

Yeah, lots of people are trying to do lots of things with battery chemistry. Just as they have been and will continue to. I don't see the chemistry of batteries eliminating nickel any time soon. They'll get rid of cobalt before nickel.

The vast majority of nickel mined goes to stainless steel production. Some alloys for stainless steel can be up to 80% nickel. Demand for stainless steel is rising just like demand for almost everything else.

Indonesia banned nickel exports in January 2020 which added more pressure to an already deficient supply. The current nickel environment cannot sustain the demand.

This will (and has already) lead to larger companies snapping up smaller junior nickel explorers. They need to fill out their portfolios because there is a lack of developed nickel projects and doing your own exploration is expensive.

You can see an opinion on the nickel market here.

They build solid state batteries and get rid of both at the same time while multiplying energy density
