A lot of people don't seem to understand RLC.
First thing you need to know about Iexec RLC is that it is a project in the works since 2001 under the research name XtremeWeb.

Now. I will explain why all current cloud providers will HAVE to adopt this technology. First of all cloud services like AWS are easy to use but big and centralized. First thing Iexec will help resolve in these huge datacenters are service outages and cutting costs. When a piece of vital server infrastructure goes out ( lets say a dns server group goes completely out ) tons of services are down and all customers are losing business. this costs billions. Iexec helps solve redundancy at a better cost than what current centralized server farms have.

Iexec is lightweight and can do confidential computing in a decentralized manner. This means that any new small player that enters the cloud market running PURELY on Iexec tech as base will be able to offer what big centralized cloud has at the fraction of a cost. RIGHT NOW, you cant trust that dude running a server farm in Pakistan, Irak, Iran, whatever country it is thats not trustable. When they run Iexec confidential computing workers however, it does NOT MATTER anymore and now Pajeet can do your computing work for the fraction of a cost. It's more than just a global decentralized super computer. this tech will completely revolutionize the hosting space. A big issue with hosting and software service is that customers USUALLY do NOT want to sit on the same server infrastructure as a competitor. I used to work for a company that makes software for Airports. We could not set up a SaaS because the customer contracts stated that they wanted their data SEPERATE from other customers. they do not want to sit on the same server and everything needs to be CLOSED OFF. in other words, CONFIDENTIALLY COMPUTED PER CUSTOMER. Now with IEXEC, all companies that have customers like this will be able to save massive amounts of cost by moving over to IEXEC confidential computing and being able to just run a few big servers with iexec workers instead of a separate server for every customer.

then you have the fact that with iexec you can build a super gobal world computer, this is just one of the small things, I can go on and write about this thing for ages.

Yes I am very comfy with my RLC. it's one of the projects I understand the best. it will also be bigger than chainlink by a far stretch eventually. like 100 to 1000x bigger. its the only erc20 I hold with confidence.

what I wrote in the OP is only a part of what Iexec solves and resolves. its far far bigger than that and its one of the only few real projects with actual value, unlike 98pct of shit tokens on ETH. that are not needed

I have always wanted to do a mining business but, sadly electricity is costly here. You can now get into mining into countries where electricitiy is cheap using Iexec tech.
