Why are families so against getting money?

>be single child born into plebeian parents
>pretty simple folk, wanted me to get a college education we cant afford so I could get a job, retire with my 401K/government job retirement money, have kids etc.
>decided I want to take risks and not become a plebe anymore
>mom is the first one to tell me its a retarded idea and told me not to quit my job and just finish up my 20 years in this shitty gov't job so I could get a pension

Is money really worth losing one's family over?

I know I must keep my resolve, but holy shit I only get to have one family.

Its mother's day soon, too. :(

It's not as if you have to quit your job if you want to invest. Just invest until you can comfortably quit your job.

When you dont have a better job offer you DONT quit your job silly.
Just invest your income, you are 20 years old and your mind is already on the right path.

You are blessed.

Also as you said. People will always try to keep you on the path they want you to be on.
Succes will bring envy, fuck those people.
Follow the path you believe in.
If you have nice parents (which you probably have) they will turn around eventually and respect your decision.

Also as the other anon said, crypto is no meme, there is big money to be made.
Invest smart and carefull, you will make some mistakes and learn from them.

If you want to learn more about crypto and goverments watch this:

Good luck friend.

Yep. Every richfag has a high paying job they got from their acquaintances/family or runs a small business. Standard wagecuck climb will have you working till 70+. It's funny how wagecucks mimic each other and expect different results. Insanity...

Ok. At the very least I am willing to admit that they were right about going to college. I graduated and immediately found a job (one that I liked, at the time) while a lot of my friends who chose a comfy major or didnt go at all are all underemployed or NEET

Though I thought it was stupid that they made me take student loans to pay for it. I wanted to join the military for free college, but they wont let me.

But holy shit anon, we paid $50K for for the past 3 years for that shit that we couldve used somewhere else. IDK man... just venting I guess.
