I've had a female manager for a few years now, she started as a developer (actually seems to know how to code) and eventually worked her way up to manager. Pretty introverted, leaves everyone alone to do work, only starts pulling people into meetings if people above her see an issue, and she's apologetic about it. Probably one of the better managers I've had.
Last year our corporate overlords started bringing in just female employees to these progressive feminist liberal discussions about women in the workforce, talking about how there's a gender wagegap, and women face discrimination, and about being assertive. Typical leftist buillshit and she seemed to accept it, and started to get a bit more annoying about bugging people to do things that really didn't matter, but it seemed to die down after a month.
I imagine other women that are just into their careers entering those discussions who don't know better, who get brainwashed into being the most batshit insane people. As if academia isn't bad enough, they've successfully infiltrated the workplace.
