If you're going to play off the 200ma, you don't really want to dca at all (assuming you buy on crossover and sell on crossunder) because you believe that when there's a crossover, the trend will stay positive for a while, so you want to go all in at this point and ride it. Conversely, you don't know and don't want to time the bottom, so you are going to sell everything upon crossunder and then wait for the next crossover to get in.
