Silver is volatile and has had a pretty strong run up in the past week or two, gaining over 5%. Physical precious metals typically don't behave like stocks in a bubble or cryptocurrencies in a speculative frenzy. Barring some unusual development, the prices of PMs will probably spend the next few months "digesting" their recent run ups.

You have no way of proving that the person on the birth certificate is you. That's why they need a government issued ID that also has a photograph. As I've said, just apply for the jobs. It's entirely possible that Walmart hires illegal aliens and would thus not care if an American doesn't have the necessary documents proving his right to work in the country.

while that is very bullish and I wish it was that way, wouldn't that be under the assumption that theres a correlation with the above ground supply of silver and the amount of USD in circulation? Are your predictions based on the dollar becoming worth less or silver becoming worth more or both? I'm stacking and I'm very bullish on silver (I can easily see it shooting above $45 an ounce in the next couple years) but shouldn't and ounce of silver be worth roughly $27.72? My reasoning for this is that in 1933, 10 cents then is worth $1.98 now, one dime is 1/14 an ounce of silver, so $1.98 x 14 = 27.72? I picked that date because thats when we were taken off the gold standard if I remember correctly, but roughly speaking if you take any date in the past into account silver is worth around $30/oz in todays terms it seems, which I think is a somewhat correct valuation, taking increased money printing into effect you can add another $15-50 depending on how bullish on silver you are but imo $45 is a fair valuation

For silver to hit proportionate levels today (based on money supply) that it was at in 1918 would take it to about $1400/oz.

There's only two ways it could get that high: either a return to the gold standard, or real hyperinflation (at least 10x worse than 1970s). I don't see either of those as likely scenarios for north america, but they are POSSIBLE scenarios.

More realistically I think we'll see $40 silver within a year, and $100 silver within five years as there is a combination of "moderate" fiat inflation along with the popping of the stock bubble. What that will mean relative to the money supply or fiat inflation I don't know.

my bad, didn't even notice that, I suppose that could mean more people atleast know about silver coins, like pre 1965 coins, Ive heard alot of random people in my life talk about how some coins are silver and alot of people probably own a coin or 2, I don't know if they know much about them other then that though, of course this is all just my personal experience and they could mostly be stackers answering this poll, I usually don't give normies enough credit but I could be wrong

Me neither, that said even if the poll is somehow accurate, that's still over 8 out of 10 ppl owning strictly nothing in the richest country on the planet. We are still super early fren.
Also i believe the average normie stack to be quite tiny (sub 100oz silver), but that's just my uneducated guess.

Yes. People bury guns, silver, gold, etc either due to fears of theft by private actors or government actors.

The idea being that the government, or a band of raiders, will likely take whatever is easily found in your residence, but they aren't going to spend all day with metal detectors and shovels looking for your valuables or arms.

It makes sense to securely stash some of your stack (and/or an extra pistol/rifle and ammo) on land you own or control just in case the worst happens.

Something something all your eggs in one basket...

PMs really shine in three cases: [1] a partial collapse, where society and financial systems are fucked but still intact, allowing a transition in/out of PMs to your advantage (like what happened through the 1970s), [2] after a LOCAL collapse ("local" could be all of Zimbabwe) where PM allows you to escape the collapsed state to somewhere stable (by moving to Singapore, or whatever), or [3] AFTER a full collapse when a new system is established and trading stabilizes again.

I think basic survival supplies should come before PMs - you can't eat silver/gold and if shit goes sideways and you don't have supplies all you are going to be trying to do is trade PMs for the supplies you could have already had, and you will get taken advantage of.

If you plan to be a bandit if society collapses then your first priority should be weapons.
If not, then in order of importance:
1. Clean water (filter/purification, storage)
2. Shelter / warmth (house/car/tent/tarp, axe/matches, warm clothes, etc)
3. Food (stockpile/hunting/fishing, cooking/fire supplies, etc)
4. Protection (firearms/bows/knives, etc)
5. Medical (personal hygiene, disinfectants, wound closure/dressing, etc)
6. Construction / maintenance supplies (woodworking hand tools, tape/glue, rope, thread+needles, duplicates of #1-5, etc)
7. Trade goods (PMs, alcohol, porn magazines, toys like cards/dice/board games)

If there is a full Zimbabwe/Venezuela level collapse, you can be sure that no one locally will give a shit about fiat or PMs if they are too worried about securing #1-6. There are plenty of stories about people in Venezuela trading PMs for very low rates because they have no other way to get the essentials - this is the PM equivalent of buying high and selling low.

I think my biggest weaknesses right now are still food/protection, so I have plans in place to improve those.

I've seen a few of these lists pop up and they're usually missing something I think is maybe most important and that is 'skills and knowledge.'

What's between your ears is always with you and it weighs very little. If you have the right knowledge and practiced skills you should be able to fulfil most of your 1-7 list with nothing but your hands. Those skills and knowledge will only become more important in the long run as bullets run out, medicine is used up etc. Also even if you lose everything you still have something to offer other people and the cannibal rape gang might decide to let you catch fish for them instead of just butt fucking you and then eating you.

Of course you might be working on the assumption people already have good and useful skills but thought I would say anyway.

Ooooh those look nice too
Thanks for the pic. So they're about soap bar size?
And yeah they look almost the same dimensions as the Scottsdale. Very nice.

Thanks again. Could you possibly do a comparison photo of the edges? Sorry if I'm late

Sure. melt down 10g of silver in a forge, pour in bullet mold. turns into rough equivalent of 165 grain lead bullet. melting point of silver is 1763f, if it can melt copper it should be able to melt silver. then cram it into 308 brass with powder and primer. obviously differs if you want something other than 308
