This is their fork of LND (Lightning Network Daemon). Last commit was Oct 2018 -almost 2 years. That alone should be a massive red flag.

This is a comparison of XSN team's changes for their own version of LND to what they copied from:

Raiden was just a copy of Bitcoin's LN but for ETH.
