It’s not too difficult. Are they only talking about price? Do they make character attacks when you ask them hard questions about the crypto? Are their reasons for why the crypto is good mostly marketing related (famous celebrity endorses it, etc.). It’s most likely a shill.

Do they talk about the nature of the project and milestones? Does the crypto actually serve a purpose in the ecosystem and is its purpose unique? Do the holders speak good English? It is most likely not a shill.

Maybe you are just dumb. There are so many things you can research, analyse and compare. First of all watch "The China Hustle" or realise somehow that "companies/corporations" can be full blown scams as well. Always dive deep to find the exact purpose of something. Then the meme magic on 4chan. Biz shilled Bitcoin, then Ethereum and then Chainlink. Between those were some other moon shots, but those weren't year long shillings. Those were more like shitcoin of the week or month. Idk how long have you been browsing, but in 2018 January when I was just 17 I browsed biz daily about 4h+. Took like a week to realise Chainlink is a big deal and slowly started selling my other shitcoins for LINK. Took a couple of months to realise Chainlink is THE deal which gave me a lot of confidence to just keep holding LINK because I finally "understood" it myself. I had thought everything through myself which means no amount of fud can make me sell because I know what is true and what is false in terms of the fundamentals of the project.
