Because the stablecoin a) is paired to a deflat token at 1:1, meaning it is a hedge against token depreciation, and b) goes through doubling events, when reserve ETH will be pumped into the stablecoin pool. Meaning you can switch to deflat at 1:1, let the stablecoin double, and then switch back and double the value of your bag.
