I come from the crypto world and I'm sick of this ponzi scheme.
I want to invest in real companies that actually produce real tangible stuff irl.
I looked at IBM and for 1 share you get 6 bucks a year.
That's ridiculously low and shit.
Any companies that actually have not too bad dividends?

Dividens only matter if you are already rich as fuck

Could take a look at riets. If individual companies feel too risky there is VNQ as well, 4% average divvie. Downside is it is taxed as normal income.

Tech firms don't really do dividends. The QQQ yeilds 0.62%, you are better off in a money market account at that point.
>>20297044
This is correct, go with growth until the divs actually matter.

Tech reinvest money to develop newer tech
Thus generally no high dividend
You will get high dividends from stuff that relys on technologically stable infrastructure or jewish moneylending

GEO is geogroup, a firm that runs private prisons, and immigration detention centers. They're pretty cheap right now and pay 14% divies. The fact is that no matter how much politicians want to posture about getting rid of this industry, as long as they can do it cheaper than the state run prisons they will continue to exist. Geogroup also owns several rehab and outpatient substance abuse facilities. They operate in 40 states, including California, Washington, and Texas. Basically if California only was willing to terminate their contract with ONE facility after all this time, you know they're not going anywhere.

>Washington state tried to sue them over only paying inmates $1 a day for work
>They went to court to fight for their right to pay prisoners what they deserved.
