The institutions are only buying the qty of coins that are mind each day.

If you own a restaurant that uses 1 tomato a day, and you have 70 tomatoes then you think life is fine. 69 days later you send someone to go to the market to buy tomatoes, only to find that for the past 60 days there has been a tomato shortage. Someone has been standing by the road, and buying all the freshly plucked tomatoes off the farmers before they reach the market.

By only buying what the miners can replace it keeps going sideways. If they swoop in and buy everything at one time a run will start and people who want those tomatoes will run to the road to by them as well. Giving ALL the power to the miners. It isn't just about them not causing a run because they don't want to pay more then they have to. Its about not squeezing the market so tight that the Miners get all the power. Because where would it end up? Into China's hands. This is a big part as to why America bought those 17,600 mining machines.

They Can't spring the trap and buy up a shit ton of coins just yet. So they have to be stealthy about it. Buy up as much as they can without the price shooting up.
