As someone with a Math + Physics BS, I'm can assure you that we teach math horribly incorrectly. In fact, anyone with a quantitative degree would agree. We teach the tools before we teach the problems which come so far later. This manifests as students not having the motivation to really master the material as they don't have see the necessity of learning the tools to solve the problems.

I have endured the pain incurred from my association with dishonest people. Now I just keep to myself, my family and girlfriend, but I want to present my ideas to people now. After creating a solid business plan I'll apply to some tech-incubators, hopefully they'll be able to help without screwing me over at some point.

That build plays like a shooter but it's going to be an RPG when it's done, complete with exploration and questing, and skills/stats and all that jazz. I've been hammering out and polishing most of the core mechanics since then. Combat probably feels a bit floaty and weird in that build but it's getting better. Also looking into hiring a real artist so the graphics don't look like amateur hour, but we'll see.

Also open to any anons who want to collab on art, music, or programming. I'm doing it all alone right now but could always welcome someone who has a talent in any of those areas.
