>Chainlink (aka Chainstink) is like $7 now
>If I would have put in the same amount of money into that as I put into BAT I would literally, unironically be a millionaire right now (seriously)-and I wouldn't be in any hurry to sell anyway, it could still go to $10, $15…who knows with this clown market.
>Chainlink doesn't actually do anything and it will never actually do anything-it's the pet project of a Russian scam artist who's never written a line of code in his fucking life operating out of a literal stereotypical tax haven in the Cayman Islands-regardless it could have made me rich beyond my wildest dreams for literally no fucking reason, just like Bitcoin could have.

I'm happy for you stinkers but brehs…I'm not gonna make it.

just buy some. some is better than none. buy some each paycheck.

its not out of reach yet. imagine holding 100 bitcoin right now.. if you bought in at 6$. Roughly $600 for almost a million dollars.

So buy and wait. Money isnt everything.

I shot my shot with BAT, I think I'm just going to have to accept my failure at this point. It's been a confluence of small financial tragedies the moment I invested:

First I got t-boned by a boomer which totaled my car like a month after I took what was then just a measly $10,000 loan to buy into BAT with. I couldn't find a used car for shit (they were all like $8,000+ for 100,000+ miles) so I ended up buying new; after the insurance payout that was another $12,000 to my debt. I then lost a 10 hour shift at work which has been both good and bad I guess-working 33 hours across only 3 days a week feels like being a NEET.

Fortunately (?) I'd already moved out of an apartment I was living in with some friends and had been crashing on my parents' couch for six months prior to this debacle; I've been making double payments on my loans which are now down to about $13,000 from $22,000 or so YTD.

You're absolutely right-but now with communists trying to destroy the country out in the open too I'm reverting back into Ron Paul-era prepper mode investing as well. I just wanted to grill for heaven's sake!
