Does it ever get better, /biz/? I’ve saved over 5 years of expenses into sanitized investments since I’m a dad in his late 20s. And I still feel as dead inside as I did when I had $10. I want to own real estate and be a leech on society but I can’t take another 10 years of serving the Jews. How do I fix myself

I’ve built a line of covid suppressed companies like airlines, and general travel/hospitality. About 30% of my folio is in growth stock mutual funds. I don’t have the time to become a professional trader. Not about to gamble 2 yrs of savings away to penny stock day trading

What I’ve gathered is the price of stocks compared to companies assets and financial reports is completely detached from each other. I have a strong suspicion that by next year, the good news from covid ending will begin to send these companies back to their 2019 highs. I’m happy to double my money “safely” within 2 years and I’m spread enough to not get hurt too bad by a bankruptcy or two. I appreciate your input, indexes are my eventual target after I get out of individual companies. I want to try to get something from this volatility

Yeah I’m dcaing into btc every month but making it a plan A is not my priority. There were better companies than Apple For awhile when computers began selling to the public. I’m not so sure any of it is safe long term.

Damn.. I'm in the same situation. But I only work 10-12 hours a day. Sucks being a wagie, but I'm not sure there is anyway out, some of us are doomed to be peasants.

Saving the $50 On the bill isn’t worth it to me. Water is cheap as dirt here. I don’t spend money anywhere else unless it’s necessity or wife’s sanity money. I hate people having power over me I don’t want to serve a boss or banks it’s going to take awhile but I’ll break free. Showers help me stay calm. Like I said I have magic episodes so I could liquidate my money on a night of binge options trading. Maybe I need medications lol

Lol I can’t wrap my head around what I’m reading in white papers. I just don’t care to be honest. I probably should. And I’m on my phone the whole time.

There is a way, fren. Build your net worth and own 600k equity of real estate. You can achieve it in 10 years or less and cash flow roughly $4500-$5500 per month gross. More if you Airbnb. And it all rises with inflation. Unless you’re in a dead zone, houses will always be supported by cost of building. If they drop in price it doesn’t matter their value will always be there.

Enjoy being poor then.
I mean that by the way, learn to enjoy being poor because you'll be poor for a long, long time with your attitude.
The bullrun is upon us, you need to get wise to it or get left behind. You do not have long left.
