I live next to a farm, but I live in a small city, well, across the river from it. This farm isn't massive, it's maybe 5 fairly hefty fields, I would say about 20 acres or less. I walk through his land sometimes because it's quicker to get to town and right-to-roam isn't just a meme for me, and he has like 2 super cars, a jeep, another family vehicle, he has just finished a huge extension, he owns like 5 buildings now. The guy is clearly minted.
