There are different kinds of YOLOs/gambles. I would split the gambling money into the respective ones. For instance, have an amount of money that you will spend on one FOMO stock, something that's being hyped up and pumping and you can't help yourself but go in. A lot of the time you will lose in this kind of play due to bad timing, so this must be an amount of money you're okay with losing. Then there's another type of YOLO play, where you found some cheap penny stock you're speculating might grow at some point in time.
