I just wanna start off by saying that I'm only 19 and this was my first investment ever and I was wondering what you guys would have to say about it. Last summer a family friend of mine was telling me how I should invest in some company called Airborne Wireless Network (ABWN). I know you're not supposed to fall for hype like that, especially with tech companies. After doing some research however I figured that the company seemed very promising with very notable people running it. I saved up some student loans and bursaries and in January I purchased 12000 shares at private placement for 50 cents each. They hit 4 dollars at one point and have now plateau'd to about 2.60. I know I've already made 5 times as much as I put in, but there are rumors going around that this company will soon partner up with Boeing and get really really big. Could anyone who's done research of their own tell me what they think?
