This token is literally designed to be dumped. COMP is just a governance token and token holders are not entitled to any platform dividends. You could vote on a proposal to give yourself fees but theres a ton of VC money that holds 95% of the supply and will just outvote you anyways. You could buy a larger vote but you would just be giving them an easy exit.

Binance is trading comp futures, you can't fight against that ever. Futures tame every token or at least signal a major resistance. They felt it had already pumped, so Cz added it. Notice how he still hasn't added futures to most other defi-projects (hint: he knows they will all pump, so he can short the top).

Link barely moved since he added futures. It took almost 6 months for it to break that resistance.
