I think the people who bought into the DO immediately dumped their free money bags and that's primarily why the price is so depressed. As you say, we need some kind of good news for ktov to go back up. It can easily reach $10 if nt-219 is doing well. That said, the fact the DO buyers insta-dump suggest they don't like the company. It's probable that instead of voting for getting a bonus because they think the company will do great, they're trying to cannibalize and insiders already know it's borked. It could also be that the company wants a low price for a variety of reasons (maybe CEO has a scheme where he gets a bonus if the price rises x% per quarter, which is easier to achieve on a $0.3->$1 stock than on a $0.3->$3 stock, or maybe insiders are getting in at these prices instead of getting out).

Thats generally penny stocks. I played them virtually and would take 10k and just spread it around 10% per stock. Do some research beforehand and examine volume. Even if 9 of them tank to 30% less or more. You just need one to hit 1000% like WKHS and get the fuck out before the dump comes.

Second strategy is research up and comers that look really good like KTOV. Im still confident in DLOC, 5G is gonna be a cash printer. I just don't know how far I want it to fall before I average down again.

3rd (most useful strategy)
