>BIG HUGE COVERED CALLS INFO DUMP

Ok, so next week July 6-10 there is basically nothing. Just these three:
WBA 3.0% (Walgreen) Pretty solid, RAD did amazing, so there is a good chance WBA will pump too.
BBBY 6.5% (Bed Bath Beyond) Probably going bankrupt, who gives a fuck.
DAL 3.5% (Delta Airlines) Airlines = fucked city

HOWEVER, theres a good chance next week will take a dive from corona fears again, but even more important that the week of July 13-17 has HUGE MAJOR EARNINGS! Below I've compiled a list of three categories (good, neutral, bad). Each row contains: Ticker, analyst sentiment, call strike, and premium as % of market price

>Good
TSM bull 59.0C 2.2% You can hold TSM forever. Its the best shit. Who cares if it goes up or down.
C bull 51.0C 3.6% Banks are in a tough spot, but there is some promise in this one
USB bull 36.0C 3.6% Bank, see above
MS flat 48.0C 2.9% Bank, see above
BAC flat 23.5C 3.2% Bank, see above
BK bull 38.0C 3.1% Bank, see above
EBAY bull 55.0C 2.3% Ebay is tech, and while I despise Ebay, it will probably do good with everyone selling shit desperate for money.

>Neutral
FNF bull 30.0C 2.7% Investments companies are probably doing good
SCHW bear 33.5C 3.5% Another investment company, not as good as Fidelity though
CFG bull 25.0C 2.5% Meh bank
RF flat 11.0C 2.3% Meh bank
EWBC bull 35.0C 3.6% Meh bank
TFC flat 37.5C 2.6% Meh bank
NUE flat 42.0C 2.0% Steel manufacturer, ok financials but probably wont do well
AA bear 11.0C 6.3% Aluminum manufacturer, been dying, so probably wont do well
SNBR bull 43.0C 4.6% Sleep number, people still need beds I guess?

>Bad
UAL bear 35.0C 6.0% Airlines = dead
ETFC bear 50.0C 2.0% Etrade = shit
SKX bear 30.5C 3.6% Sketchers = shoes lol, Nike fucking tanked on earnings
ALLY bear 20.0C 4.5% Ally = bankrupt?
WFC bear 25.5C 3.8% Wells Fargo = fuck huge lawsuit

These are just my opinions, things will change a lot come Monday and these calculations are based on Friday July 3rd close.

I’ve made about 27k strategizing here with the bro’s. You get good enough to see what shit has potential and what shit is being forced. Regardless of what get shilled here your next step should be to take a recommendation and do your own research. WKHS was shilled here at $4, and the intelligent people here did a little reading when they saw it, decided it was a good buy, and made lots of money. If you’re coming to just look at the recs then buy, you’re going to lose money most of the time. If you want some stuff to look into, I’m currently in on SOLO, FUV, AQMS, and FRSX. GL fren.

But I’m sure your stop losses will save you. You wouldn’t be one to get dragged down by a multi-year downwards crab. Jumping off at the top is easy. FRSX is a Jewish company that makes like video and sensor systems for vehicles, they are getting deals and seemed like regardless of EV or not that they would be a good company to invest in, I hate jews but love to make money off of them.

AQMS supplies the nickle and other resources that go into EV batteries.

I wouldn’t. I’m sitting on cash until the future becomes predictable again.
Obviously day trading is a different game, long term prospects are not so relevant and if you know what you’re doing it doesn’t matter if the line goes up or down, but for long term holders like me, holding through a crash is a really bad idea, even if it means you won’t go back in for couple years. Avoiding that risk by missing out on some gains that will anyway be the norm for most of the time after the crash again is a rational play. Unless you need money fast for some reason, playing patiently pays off.

I mean, consider this: take the line for the last 100 years, but after every major crash you cut the bottom and paste it back so it starts at the top instead. That’s a mighty upwards pointing line. That’s timing the market, which is supposed to be very hard, but if you look at how the crashes coincides with big bull rallies on shaky fundamentals it may not be so hard, if you don’t care about timing it perfectly. The eternally upwards pointing line should be the result of just being cautious with holding too long in big rallies. This is, however, the first time I have real money to test this theory in practice.
There will always be bears, don’t listen to them/us, we’ll always have something pessimistic to say. Instead look at the bulls. When they stop making sense, even caring about attempting to make sense, that’s when the bubble is anout to pop. It’s not about shoeshine boys, if the happen to have done good DD, it’s about when nobody is able to make a convincing bull case anymore but people invest like crazy regardless. That’s the time to be cautious.
If you have a couple grand that you want to use to change your life on the stocks, none of what I say makes sense, which is why most of /biz/ does right to ignore me. But for people with at least a few $100k that they want to manage wisely, where not losing it all is more important than making mad gains (because your kids will appreciate being able to eat more than a new pony, even if they don’t know it) then what I’m saying makes perfect sense, and it’s also why Buffet is being perfectly rational.

No.

Biden’s plan was to freeze student debt payments until they make a certain amount of money where they are able to pay it off. Then you have to start making payments again.

In the UK they do that, and if you’re poor until your middle aged I think they just forgive it.

There are very strange incentives in medicine. It’s a field where the 1st rule is not do no harm, the first rule is CYA.

I’ve heard about doctors who lose their jobs because they’re not willing to preform c-sections on pregnancies where it’s unnecessary, but management requires it for certain situations just to mitigate the possibility of being sued for malpractice.

I read in The Economist that the young people who want to transition there are largely female adolescents who haven’t fully gone through puberty. They did a study where they denies transition treatment to these girls, and then followed up with them after highschool to see if they still wanted to transition. The vast majority said no.

I think it’s actually quite normal to experience a sense of your body not being your real self. That’s a sort of ancient philosophical dilemma of identity.

There are far more profitable stocks for half the price of what horse is running for with actual government contracts.

Yet science worship makes people trust its authority way too much or skepticism way too high on mental issues. Its just in a terrible place.

American healthcare industry has its own problems independently of the psych field.

I wish I had the link. Long story short is he reintroduced water to the area, and over the course of 20 years, green foliage and wildlife came back. He started by building wells or something and then refiling an aquifer somehow. I just thought it was a cool and noble endeavor.
