To expand upon that, they would instead keep the price down and then do a buyback at low prices to shake the normalfags out, scheduled close to a dilution event in the form of an offering. The combined effect is to shake out normalfags while increasing the share of institutional/big boy investors, without incurring the re-branding costs associated with a change of name as well as the loss of status for the team (a big plus for ktov is that the management are all ex-FDA so they know how to get shit through, but that credential dies if they are shown to tank the company and rebrand because you can't be sure they'll get anything through before they decide to rebrand again).

Fundamentals usually lag half a year or a year. I would never actually invest into a penny stock unless I had some unbelievably unique research or information because, well shit its a 99% chance of failure. Its the same cycle on here. People are better trading pennies but their bags fuck with them so much so they can't move on and its just a cycle of where penny investors that come and go about one emotionally attached stock while spouting the same old shit about it.

Options are things that do the complete opposite of what you want them to do. For example: I bought KO Calls that were just above the strike price because KO had been on a steady upward price trend for years. So, naturally, the 2020 crash happened and they expired worthless.
