as far as I know it's literally a single dev working on it probably part time
the marketcap right now is hilariously low, the seed round price was probably pretty low too, the dev clearly doesn't value his project too highly
sure anything could happen, but I don't think it will.
Kleros is a real project with multiple competent developers on it, a product, many many instances of recognition by various authorities (intellectual authorities like vitalik and literal authorities like the recent EU meme) and it's only 14m.
