"Bully" isn't even a good descriptor. Its just not caring what other people think and kind of teasing or making fun of others. People actually enjoy as you aren't up tight.

I used to work in a kitchen as a line cook and we would constantly fuck with each other but some people didn't "get" it and they were lame.

Someone would sweep a pile after a huge lunch or dinner rush and I'd run and jump on it. Lol I'd also share drugs out by the dumpster or help in their section if mine was slow. People like attention even if you are kind of giving them a hard time, just don't over do it. Read a visual novel called Higanbana, it's a collection of short stories involving students in a Japanese school, talking about curses and youkai. Some chapters depicted quite accurately how bullies feed on the souls of the bullied, to improve their own existence at the demise of their victims. It's not that great overall like a 5/10, but some scenes will surely resonate with the title of that article you posted in the OP.

growing up I was a "bully" in the sense that I literally didn't consider other people's feelings as something of importance. as I've grown older and had relationships I've realized the importance of being aware/considerate of these things. truly, I've found decreasing "general success" as I learned more empathy.
