currently around here you can sell a silver coin at $17.55 and buy one at $22.42 which means if you buy one you immediately lose 25-30% in that moment. which can take a decade for silver to catch up to. the market is ill liquid as fuck also. i tried to sell my metals a few weeks ago and all the merchants were closed due to "corona virus" they would still sell you via delivery but not buy back anything. fucking shitshow. gold is a tiny bit better because it's not burdened by vat and shit but it still sucks ass because it barely keeps up with inflation and you pay capital gains tax on your de appreciation of fiat money.

Only a retard would do such a thing. $250 a day sounds like a lot to smoothbrains but considering it means no crypto that basically means you can't spend any of it unless it's cash. What good is money in that case? If I want to live like a homeless person in the middle ages I'd join an amnish compound.
