It's a government backed project which is supposed to run the whole country.
It was one of the hottest ICOs in 2017, as was Chainlink.
I've considered selling mine and buying Chainlink, but posterity and my gut tells me to keep it.
Defo look into staking. It's quite easy with the ICONex browser extension and phone app.
There'll be youtube vids on how to do it.
