for years and years people have been collecting ASE's. its my understanding, world wide they're the silver coin with the most demand.
and if you've ever seen the boomer meme, its pretty accurate boomers will literally just keep buying ASE's
so its more about just knowing you can walk into any coin shop with a tube of ASEs and walk out with a decent stack of cash

but if you got a good relationship with your LCS and they say they'll buy generics from you when spot is ridiculous then go for it...

Okay I see your point, however when the price of a 1oz Maple Leaf is 1USD lower per coin that will hurt your yield over time. (currently on apmex)
I live in Europe, here the Maple Leaf is the nr. 1 due to low premium, very closely followed by the Wiener Philharmoniker.

Not sure about "the world" but here in the US local dealers and online places like APMEX pay absolute shit on Swiss/French francs (about 10% below spot). But for modern 1oz govt issued gold coins they pay a lot better (basically spot). Also, the fact that it's a random AGW of .1867 makes it really hard to keep track of, and I had like 50 at one point. It's much easier to just say XXoz x spot to see what my stack value is.

I havent seen Vreneli under 5% premium for the last five years, very often they are 7-9% I bought mine from private for spot price but I had to buy a tube at once.
French 20 francs are cheap often to be found under 2%. The cheapest coins in Europe are the 20 Kronen and 100 Kronen Austria, followed by Sovereign / 2 Rand and 50 Pesos Centenario (37.5g)
Standard 1oz bullion coins the Krugerrand and the Maple are relatively cheap at 3-5%, American Eagle and Buffalo are priced higher.

>> No.19993964

>>19993865
I mainly stack 1oz Krugs, Pandas, and Phils, and they seem to hold value really well here in the US. I think Eagles and Maples are the most popular, but those three are usually right behind them in the APMEX popular gold. The old Swiss/French francs do seem popular in the US as well, the problem is the resell value was much lower for some reason, which I assume was due to the fact they aren't modern bullion with a standard size (ie 1/4, 1/2, 1oz).

Arcadia economics just did a good video on it but basically there are a shit load of call options above 18 dollars with an expiry date of the end of June. If silver finishes below 18 the banks will get to keep all the premiums from all the call options and the people who bought the calls will be out of the money. Banks will lose money bigly if silver finishes the month above 18 basically.

I’ve got some Silver, and I want to get into gold but I’m not dropping 3K at a time to do it.

Unless the particular gun you're looking at is over 30 years old I would avoid them like the plague. They've been trading on their name for years to sell overpriced 1911s to the sort of people that hang out in gunshow parking lots because they've been banned from entering due to ND'ing. Also,
>repairs? why on earth would you need to do repairs, oh right glock uses plastic....

Stop being a dumbass fudd. He's not expecting to have to replace a polymer frame (which those M16s you played with also had...) He's pointing out that you can do a take down with a nail and a butter knife, which makes cleaning, small adjustments like feed ramp polishing, and barrel or spring replacements fairly painless. If you've honestly never had to replace something on your guns, you need to shoot more.

no, specific gravity tests mean you accurately test the weight of the coin/bar, as well as the volume of water it displaced(IE the volume of material in the bar)

this video explains it better then me.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_2vA1qO2fA

you basically cannot fake this, you can mix other elements to get the same weight, maybe even similar dimensions, but you cannot mimic the specific gravity of an element.

Yea i ve built flumes before but this might require a total revamp of where the creek moves. It cant be to hard to get legal permission to do a creek move with no fish involved... or I could just do it and see if the fed bois notice. If theres a few hundred grand Au there like I think there might be, than I am sure the fine would be basically paid for.

well, as soon as FDR took office, he ordered people to turn in their gold. what percentage was turned in, who knows. how FDR wasn't thrown in jail for that, let alone reelected multiple times after that, is a mystery to me.

but since we're no longer on a gold standard, the Fed has no reserve requirements for gold, and gold officially has nothing to do with "the money supply" i don't really see what that would accomplish. would they do it in anticipation of returning to a gold standard? if so, why not just buy the gold now? they can clearly print money and exchange it for gold, so why wait?

The sjws and niggers ARE the elites' golems, their useful idiots used to push their agenda and keep the whites' mouth closed by fear. How could you not see it? It's so painfully obvious, they don't even try to deny it.
You know where originated the racism/gender oppression card? In 20's Russia with Trotsky. The jews back then used to replace the supposedly racist white police forces with drunk/poors mongols from the steppes, teaching them how whites were evil and how systemic racism and bourgeois oppression could only be solved with a more racially diverse Russia and less white privileges.
Only took 2 years to have their chinkoid police to mass rape russian women and either goulag away or straight out shot in the head white men.
