No. My friends once mentioned BTC and said it was a scam and I see no benefit in trying to convince them otherwise. Absolutely no point telling the gf either since there's a chance she would want me to take profits for traveling etc. Not telling helps avoid potential pointless arguments.

I talked about btc with my parents from a philosophical, not financial, standpoint and they seemed open to the idea. Not going to shill them anything but if I make it, I'm definitely paying them back for raising me well.

If someone genuinely wanted to discuss crypto with me I might mention Link but not to shill it, just give them a chance to do their own research.
