Let's say a week before expiration, I'm really deep in the money. Let's say the strike was $10, but it moonshot and now it's at $50.

Sure, the contracts would be worth alot. But would I even be able to sell the contracts? Surely no one would want to buy such a ITM option and buy a hefty premium.
