First of all, congrats man, you need to withdraw that money now into actual usable money in order not to kill yourself if it goes down, you wont feel the numbness if the token goes down. 1m is a lot of money and you can invest some of it to make more money and you will still be able to live comfortably.

If you want to know how your money feels its good to literally actualize it and have it as a tangible good, unless you've already got multiple millions and withdrawing something like 10% of your 900k wouldn't help.
