How does that work?

All the faggots here don't understand day trading laws. You can day trade with a normal cash account. This account would not let you deposit instantly and you would have to wait for money to settle after each trade. Most brokerages now offer instant services but this is technically them loaning you money until it is deposited/settled. Because of this there are regulations against day trading with a low portfolio amount to prevent you from losing all your money and trying to jew out the brokerage.

Borse, for example has very high fees -around £4 per trade, whereas american markets have fees depending on the size of your position. Maybe if fees were 0 I would probably daytrade.
