Bug was fixed straight away. No funds were lost, they white hat hacked the vulnerability and are returning funds to the users.

To be fair, not the best look, but I see it as growing pains for DeFi. Vulnerability was related to ERC-20's in general, not so much to Bancor as liquidity pools were not affected at all. Which is their main selling point.
