Explain to me how STA could be worth that amount if it is designed to always be 20% of the portfolio? Are you assuming that btc/link/snx/eth do a combined 8x by the end of July? Any spikes will be sold down by Thanos to regulate the 20% rule.

Pic related, plus STA is about to enter its own hype cycle due to a series of news events that will thrust it into the spotlight, transforming it from a /biz/ autist gem to a normie fomo magnet. The audit will be released this week, followed by listings on multiple exchanges. It is insanely early. It hasn't even been listed on CoinMarketCap for fucks sake. Once normies get wind of the first crypto index fund, selling for mere pennies, they will line up in droves to load up on it. You have all been warned excessively, and soon the staggots will inherit the Earth.

Fine, but what happens when STA does 30% and btc/eth/link/snx are flat? It gets sold down to buy more of the other four. It’s a great long term option but any price hikes outside of the market movements will be hammered down by Thanos.

>> No.19804248

>>19804234
So just hold btc then. STA is hedged BTC at this point.

>> No.19804324

>>19804240
Not really. A price hike will mean sta is sold to balance the index weighting. But then of course any selling will mean its bought back. What this means is STA is really got a solid backup to avoid any major drops. It's designed so it will bounce back. Sta is deflationary so is constantly getting more scarce. Less sta will be needed to balance the index. Plenty of room for sta to rise considerably in value.

I just reported your comment.

FAQ
>What does this mean?
The amount of reports (mods alerted btw) on your comment and IP address has increased by one.

>Why did you do this?
There are several reasons I may deem a comment to be worthy of a report. These include, but are not limited to:

Rudeness towards other 4channers,
Spreading incorrect information,
Sarcasm not correctly flagged with a /s.
Being Canadian

>Am I banned from 4chan?
No - not yet. But you should refrain from making comments like this in the future. Otherwise I will be forced to issue an additional report, which may put your commenting and posting privileges in jeopardy.

>I don't believe my comment deserved a downvote. Can you un-report it?
Sure, mistakes happen. But only in exceedingly rare circumstances will I ask a moderator to undo a report. If you would like to issue an appeal, reply to this post and send me a message explaining what I got wrong. I tend to respond to 4chan replies within several minutes. Do note, however, that over 99.9% of report appeals are rejected, and yours is likely no exception.

>How can I prevent this from happening in the future?
Accept the report and move on. But learn from this mistake: your behavior will not be tolerated on 4chan.org. I will continue to issue reports until you improve your conduct. Remember: 4chan is privilege, not a right.

>> No.19807038

I don't get how this works. The website is terrible and lacks real information. If 1% of the coins transacted are destroyed per transaction, and no more are minted, won't this coin eventually disappear? There's less than 100mil in supply at the moment.

The more we go up in price and the more buyers there are, the burn rate still at 1% will start to decrease because less amounts will be sold or bought

>> No.19807153

>>19807082
Because it's 1% of the transaction, per transaction, not of the total. I get that 1% of 10 is 1 = 9, 1% of 9 is 0.9 = 8.1 and so on, so you could never run out like that, but this is different right?
This is of each individual transaction. Okay you won't ever be at 0 but within 5-10 years the circulating supply would be severely diminished. And increase in price such as >>19807083 suggests only slows this down, it doesn't stop it.
This is ignoring people losing their private keys and tens of thousands of the token being lost forever.

>> No.19807268

You wouldnt be trading 100000 of coins in single transaction by then. Lets say there are 10 million left in ten years and one worth hundred dollars. You are just trading smaller number of coins its divisible by 18 decimals anyway. Like for example now people usually buy 0.1 btc not 800 btc, so it doesnt really matter, but it incentivizes people to hold sta
