I used to think this way until I tested the shit out of the idea on a bunch of old charts. Turns out no. Timing reversals before they occur is very hard and not worth trying because of the multiple times you fail in order to hit one just right. You will be way more consistent waiting for the move and the confirmation; this mainly amounts to a pivot, a high, higher low, then pump again (enter here), put stop loss at the higher low in case it breaks down on you.

Third is considered the weakest, but the fourth has nearly all the same problems with only little bits of improvement. The last season has a pathetic set of secondary villains who ruin lots of scenes with crazy tonal shifts (imagine a 9/11 hijacker getting a tearful goodbye after the most shallow redemption moment possible) and some okay moments, but never manages to hold a candle to the first two seasons.

1) they are launching an electric truck that will be unveiled on the 22ND
2) they are one of the 4 finalists in the contention for the USPS postal truck replacement....they are the only electric truck and one of 2 American teams
3) trump tweeted about this company directly and trump just picked the new postmaster general
4) they are in a drone delivery group with amazon
5) UPS has already pre ordered 1000s of their electric delivery cans (production starts this year)
6) sweetheart deal with GM to take over Lordstown OH plant to mass manufacture EVs (similar to an early sweethear TSLA deal)

Let's just take a step back for a second and try to divine Powell's logic:
>Stocks off only ~5% from ATH after one of the fastest, most insane recoveries in market history
>States reopening
>No surge in cases, 2nd wave looking less and less likely
>P/E Multiples at historic highs indicating market is significantly overbought
...and the guy decides to take the nuclear option to prop up equity/debt markets? What the fuck is this man doing? Yes I am a bear, yes I'm gay and retarded and betting against America, but what the fuck was this guy thinking? What does he know, and what is he going to say at 10AM tomorrow?
If the past three months have taught me anything, it's that I'm certainly not the smartest person to ever live, but it seems to me that there is an absurd disconnect between Powell's actions and the facts on the ground as we know them. This was an incredibly drastic move on the Fed's part; are they trying to frontrun something horrible here?

Posting about the dot and thereby getting a bunch of people to go look at it can technically be the cause of the dot's extreme status in the first place. Experiments done at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research lab have lent support to the suggestion that past intention/attention can alter events in the future as well as that future intention/attention can have already altered events that happened in the past (these experiments involved telling participants to influence the result of random event sampling that either were going to occur at a later date or had already been done previously, with statistically significant deviation from chance expectation in both cases).

I have a friend with a ~$100K portfolio who is basically 50:50 AMD:TSM right now, he says he has a 3-year outlook and just ignoring day-to-day obviously. And he is bearish, while holding AMD, something I still don't really understand but it is true that semiconductors will definitely be one of the sectors that will survive through whatever more this covid shit pulls out.
i dont have the balls to touch AMD but I do believe TSM is a great pick anyways so I went with that.

corporate and consumer debt is tiny compared to sovereign debt. remember 2010-2011, the PIGS (portugal italy greece spain) sovereign debt crisis? it was never resolved and it's probably getting worse. except now you also have to include turkey. and deutsche bank. browse enough finance sites and you'll hear about derivatives market being 1 quadrillion:
https://goldsilver.com/blog/the-global-debt-bomb-debt-derivatives-over-1-quadrillion-dollars/

propping up stocks and corp bonds is just a smokescreen to buy time for them to fix all the bigger shit that most people don't understand or don't want to talk about. but yes, consumer debt is a big issue. how are people going to buy more shit and houses, if their credit limits have already been maxxed out, and they either lost their job or working fewer hours?

>b-but camwhores and onlyfans sluts are making $100K+ and people are buying teslas and peloton home exercise bikes! so the economy must be doing well

the economy only appears to be doing well only because it's flush with tons and tons of fake fiat. bankers and CEOs getting multi-million bonuses end up spending that cash and it ends up trickling into the system. so many of these camwhores getting huge paydays are being supported by those "the future is female" sillycon valley programmer simps who get paid $250K salary, and that's sustained because more funds keep pumping into tech.

the fed is now attempting to cushion the drop by pumping tech. and that's why you see nasdaq up a lot more, or down a lot less, compared to DJI or S&P. they're going to boost tech first, especially by backing bad corp debt of companies like tesla, then banks and retail/consumer discretionary, then commodities like US oil/shale companies.

they think doing all that will distract the market away from looking at the massive 1 quadrillion derivatives bubble, which can pop faster if stocks tank. this is why JCPQ and HZT are still around and not $0 yet.

Tomorrow's probably going to be another drop. I'd hate for that to be the case but I think what's between the lines here indicates a lot of desperation, and expectations are already too high. Today and after hours in particular were a classic blind faith pump, and dreams will likely be dashed tomorrow.

Not expecting March round 2 but I don't expect the market to respond well unless Powell says things are completely recovering and a second wave isn't going to happen, which is not what the fed's moves indicate

The closer it approaches the more worried I get that the trend will reverse and I'll lose everything. >corporate and consumer debt is tiny compared to sovereign debt.
I should say, it's tiny but it's the pinprick that can pop everything

>bankers and CEOs getting multi-million bonuses end up spending that cash
these guys are spending that cash on high-end prostitutes, drugs, mansions (which props up real estate market), and more equity in tech startupts, which helps support the $250K+ salary programmer STEMfags, which helps support the onlyfans and camwhores.

as with 2008-2010, the people who get maximally screwed are middle-class savers of fiat and poor people who can't save or invest at all. technically middle class people can invest in le ebin stock market and beat inflation but that requires them to use their time wisely, time their entry points, and just let their investments grow. but imagine if everyone just put their spare cash into stocks, and never bought new products or services. that would also be bad. as you saw in the recent riots, a lot of excess inventory was just left in the stores to get taken. it's almost like these retailers wanted the riots to take all the shit they were struggling to sell. look up "retail sales 2018 2019" and you'll see retail sales have been declining in recent years. when people do buy new shit they just order on amazon.

SOXL is about just as volatile as TQQQ. While TQQQ has historically performed better, the trend reversed in the past 5 or so years, and I expect it will continue. SOXL is overall more profitable. FNGU is also much better than TQQQ because it's "the profitable half" of TQQQ.
CURE and UTSL suck ass.
The real problem with your TMF/TQQQ split is just that TMF drags you down a LOT with limited benefits outside market crashes, which are not common enough to justify holding TMF permanently.
