Just did some googling i found some cracksheds for around 25k which I could buy outright this week. I wouldnt have to live there as im staying with my parents but could fix it up and turn it into a nice home maaybe ake some profit and train my real estate for some sick xp gains

buy a fixer upper then get your arse into gear, make some quick equity that way. Buy a house with multiple bedrooms/living areas, and get some housemates in to pay the mortgage for you. Consider getting a place where you can build a granny flat/second dwelling in the backyard.
