10k is not going to happen, and they will fight you at every psychogical threshold below it. There is no way Jerome and Mnuchin will let BTC act as an obvious indicator of dollar inflation. You can bet every single pump will be knocked down by bags of BTC bought OTC with endless Fed money. This along with paper futures has entirely destroyed Bitcoin's natural price discovery. Bitcoin will never be over 10k for more than a few minutes again. The threat has been neutralized. Crypto is under their control. The best you will get is some minor gains on a shitcoin nobody is paying attention to.
